on completion of the installation
click on – “New User”
Every one Can Easily Enroll Or Register For PNB ONE Through The App Itself.
Follow These Steps And Enroll Yourselves:
- a) Click on “New User”.
- b) Enter the Account number and select the appropriate option for registration as per your choice as displayed- Mobile banking or Both( Internet Banking & Mobile banking)
- c) An OTP will be delivered to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to proceed further.
- d) Choose the option to register from:
- Registration using Debit Card
- Registration without Debit Card
- e) For, registration using debit card, enter your linked Card number and PIN number.
- f) For without debit card registration, the user needs to enter his account-related details along with answering security questions
- g) Set your login/transaction password & TPIN.
- h) After completing the above-mentioned steps, on successful registration, you will get a success message with “User id” for login.
- i) Click on “Sign in” at the bottom of the page.
- j) Enter your User id and Set your MPIN. Login with these credentials in PNB One.
PNB One Registration Using Aadhaar OTP
This feature will enable onboarding using Aadhaar OTP. Along with registration, Aadhaar OTP authentication can also be used for the below-mentioned functionalities:
- 1. Enable User (Pre login)
- 2. Set/Reset TPIN (Post login)
- 3. Set Limits (Post login)
Please remember the password, TPIN etc. do not share your account details, CIF, password, card details, OTP, etc with anyone.
Online Password Reset:
To reset the password user can select “Trouble Sign-in” link given on the home page of PNB ONE.
a) Click on “Trouble Sign-in”.
b) Select the option “ Forgot Password”.
c) Enter User ID.
d) Enter further details- Account number, linked Debit Card, and PIN of Debit Card.
e) Proceed further and enter the NEW password- Transaction and Login password.
